Pay:
Commission-based W-2 employee (Our active solo cleaners average $24/hour) + Mileage Reimbursement + 100% Tips

Hours:

Part-Time (Typically 20–30 hours/week, 2–5 days/week)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, Daytime hours only (No nights, no weekends)

• Consistent Window:
  You give us your set weekly daytime availability; we build your routes within that window.
• Morning Start:
  Shifts start between 8:30 AM (office restock/meeting days) and 9:30 AM (direct to first home). Finish times vary daily based on booked houses.

• Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable insured personal vehicle (required to carry supplies and travel to homes).
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work solo.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stay active on your feet.
• Must pass a standard background check.
