Bicycle Assembly Technician

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. (NWS) Professional Assembly is seeking part‑time candidates for the Bicycle Assembly Technician position working on‑site at local retail stores such as Walmart and Kroger. The role involves assembling bicycles, toys, barbecues, and furniture.

Seasonal work with flexible scheduling. Pay transitions to piece rate after training, with most new technicians averaging $18–$25 per hour. Experienced technicians can exceed $30 per hour. No one will earn less than the local minimum wage.

• Assemble and repair products and merchandise using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with retailer management to confirm the build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate effectively with your Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave clients with a clean build area.
• Other responsibilities are outlined in the employee handbook.

• Day‑shift/early morning availability.
• Self‑motivated and able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude and handy with basic hand tools, cordless screwgun or impact driver.
• Device with a smartphone and e‑mail address; internet access via smartphone or mobile device.
• Ability to pass a background test and a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of working on your feet for extended periods.
• Can kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Prolonged standing, sustained physical activity, repetitive hand and arm motions, or maintaining a steady pace may be strenuous. This role also requires the ability to work independently and stay physically active all day.
