Princeton Properties, a premier New England‑based Property Management Firm, is currently seeking a full‑time Senior Maintenance Technician for our Mill & 3 property in Chelmsford, MA. This is a great opportunity for a technician with multifamily apartment‑home maintenance skills and experience. The Senior Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the property.

What You’ll Do- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the property.
- Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues (training provided).
- Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on‑call schedule.
- Work independently and with a team to keep community spaces clean and functioning.
- Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed.
- Participate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands‑on environment.
- Some maintenance experience is great but not required — training provided.
- Possession of a basic set of hand tools (hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and comfort using them.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, crawling, etc.
- Willingness to be on‐call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule).
- Preferred candidate lives in the greater Nashua area and successfully passes a pre‑employment background screening.

$28 – $30 per hour
