• Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and contract standards by overseeing teams.
• Manage warranty issues and repairs.
• Serve as backup for the Install Manager.
• Resolve any installation and logistical concerns.
• Act as point of contact for dispatch, warehouse, and the install team to ensure each project is coordinated smoothly.
• Manage pending installations weekly.
• Establish and maintain positive, effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, etc.
• Coordinate all inspections with the permit coordinator to make sure all jobs are inspected and complete.
• Responsible for coordinating all subcontractors to the job and communicating details to customers and technicians.
• Promote Mill Town’s standards of quality and safety.
• Additional duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00–$50.00 per hour
