Maintain and repair core kitchen equipment including grills and clamshell systems, fryers and filtration systems, refrigeration, beverage and ABS systems, ice machines and shake machines;
Perform preventive maintenance routines and maintain service logs;
Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant including lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC, dining room, kitchen, and back-of-house structure;
Ensure all equipment operates within food safety and operational standards and support inspections;
Prioritize repairs that impact peak operations and communicate equipment status to the General Manager
