Perform cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, floors, walls, racks, docks, storage areas, and operational work spaces;
Follow established sanitation schedules, SOPs, SSOPs, and food safety requirements;
Safely handle, mix, and prepare cleaning chemicals;
Operate approved sanitation equipment including scrubbers, power washers, hoses, vacuums, and cleaning tools;
Operate electric pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment to transport sanitation supplies, equipment, waste materials, pallets, and operational items throughout the facility
