Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender position based in Bengaluru. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests to meet their needs, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Other duties include ensuring proper cash handling, restocking supplies, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
Experience and knowledge in Bartending, as well as preparation and presentation of beverages and cocktails.
Familiarity with Food & Beverage service standards to ensure quality and consistency.
Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of beverage laws and regulations is beneficial.
