This full-time entry level position provides career advancement.

Support the Collision Center Painters in prepping vehicles for the final stages of painting and then detailing them when the painting is complete.

• Experienced in prepping vehicle for the paint booth.
• Experienced in paint application once the vehicle is finished, prepping for final re-assembly.
• Preps and details vehicles for delivery back to the customer.
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
• Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
• Attends all Dealership and Collision Center meetings when requested.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Adherence to all attendance and punctuality standards.
• Adherence to timekeeping standards:
  Employees are required to record the beginning and ending times of any shift, meal break or departure from work for personal reasons.
• Maintains a professional business appearance in Company approved logo wear.
• Follow the Company's Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

• This physically demanding position requires frequent movement; bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.
