Hourly Rate: $17.50/hour with Health & Welfare benefit of $6.00/hour.

• Perform routine cleaning of all areas of the site facilities.
• Perform janitorial tasks to maintain sanitary conditions including floor buffing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, and wall/window/bathroom/furniture cleaning.
• Maintain the grounds of the ROTHR facilities including cutting grass, trimming hedges, edging, pruning shrubs, planting grass, spreading fertilizer, and applying pesticides.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned and required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months combined practical Grounds Maintenance and Janitor experience.
• Ability to comprehend and carry out written instructions with little supervision.
• If employed for RTX in excess of 12 months, must be able to qualify as a Registered Technician for State Certified Pesticide Applicator.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Current Registered State Pesticide Applicator.
• Previous or active Secret security clearance.
