As a residential Maintenance Technician you are responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s multifamily property operating and appearing at its best.
Responsibilities- Address work orders promptly using three-plus years of experience in property maintenance, including light carpentry, painting, minor electrical or plumbing repairs, and HVAC systems.
- Proactively maintain routine maintenance and overall cleanliness of the property, including resident amenities such as the pool and clubhouse.
- Engage with residents in a friendly and efficient manner to resolve maintenance needs and promote a safe living environment.
- Work full‑time Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with occasional on‑call hours and weekend duties as scheduled by the Property Management team.
- Use personal tools to complete most work orders; maintain your own tool kit. Use company or personal vehicle as needed to move about the property or acquire supplies off‑site.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and uphold a safety‑first approach in all tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in property management or hospitality.
- Experience in general building maintenance or painting in a commercial residential environment preferred, including light carpentry, electrical, or plumbing.
- Prior experience maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old, own your tools, and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, respect for residents, and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to lift or move items up to 25pounds, occasionally up to 50pounds.
- Use hands to manipulate tools, equipment, and objects; adequate vision required.
- Stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in various weather conditions.
- Work full‑time Monday to Friday with occasional on‑call hours and weekend work.
- Drive company‑owned or personal vehicle for business as needed.

New employees accrue 40 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements. Eligible employees receive holiday pay (if working) or paid holidays (if scheduled off) for six holidays each year.
* The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate.
** To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.
