Hourly Rate: $17.50 per hour + $6.00 per hour Health & Welfare benefit

• Perform routine cleaning of all areas of the site facilities.
• Operate and perform simple maintenance on lawn equipment as needed.
• Provide labor support to site projects and upgrades.
• Maintain the grounds of the ROTHR facilities, including cutting grass, trimming hedges, edging, pruning shrubs, planting grass, spreading fertilizer, and application of pesticides.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• At least 6 months of combined practical grounds maintenance experience.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to qualify as a Registered Technician for State Certified Pesticide Applicator after 12 months of employment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to comprehend and carry out written procedures with little supervision.

• Current registered state pesticide applicator.
• Previous or current security clearance.
