As part of the Côte-d'Azur Territory Consumer Direction, you will be responsible for the following missions:

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Collect information on the field necessary or useful for customer management

  • Detect anomalies on a water connection or hookup

  • Report incidents or detected anomalies

• Potable Water Technician:

  • Replace meters as part of the preventive plan (ICBC)

  • Install new meters as part of the individualization program (SRU law)

  • Maintain meters/tele-reading modules (functionality test, pairing, change, and connection to the network)

  • Read consumption indexes

  • Verify the consistency of consumption indicators between two periods of readings

  • Manage unpaid bills on the ground

  • Conduct field surveys (discontinued subscribers, post-reading checks)

You are preparing a CAP or BEP in a technical field (plumbing, sanitary installation or equivalent) and you want to develop your skills in contact with the field and the clientele.

You recognize yourself in the following qualities:

• Valid B permit
