Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our industrial automation systems and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime. Whether you’re troubleshooting in real time or planning preventative maintenance, your work will directly impact the success of our operations.

• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial automation equipment, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and PLC-based systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and escalate complex issues with a sense of urgency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Identify potential areas of risk and help prevent future disruptions
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and system updates
• Occasionally moves items weighing up to 50 pounds across the facility

What you’ll bring to the table

• 3+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
• Experience with HVAC systems and PLC controls (highly preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts on occasion or rotating basis, able to work flexible hours. Shift is Monday through Friday and ability to be On-Call every other weekend.
