This is a standard shift role (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with flexibility to support non-standard shifts as needed.

Approximately 60% of the role focuses on training development, instruction, coaching, and documentation, while 40% is spent performing hands-on maintenance and providing floor-based coaching to maintain technical expertise.

As a member of the Global Trainer Network, you will help implement global training standards, collaborate with trainers across LEGO sites, and support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Maintenance & Technical Support
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on High-bay Warehouse automated systems, including conveyors, cranes, shuttles, and elevators.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
  • Support equipment installation, modifications, and maintenance planning to minimize operational downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using Maintenance Management (MMS) and Warehouse Management (WMS) systems.
Quality, Safety & Collaboration
  • Ensure training supports safety, quality, and operational performance.
  • Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers to align training priorities.
  • Identify and escalate quality or process deviations.
  • Partner with Global Job Trainers across LEGO sites to implement and maintain standardized training practices.
