QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• Black Seal License or ability to obtain one within one year of date of hire.
• Must have general knowledge of cleaning and cleaning equipment;
• (For example, knowledge/experience in stripping floors and operating floor machinery).
• Snow Removal due to inclement weather
• Satisfactorily completed criminal history check, which include fingerprinting. This requirement is the financial responsibility of the employee.
