Inthisimportantrole,youwillhelpmaintainaclean,safe,andwelcomingenvironmentforourresidents,visitors,andstaffbykeepingfloorsandcommonareasinexcellentcondition.
- Clean,strip,wax,buff,andpolishfloorsthroughoutthefacility
- Sweep,mop,vacuum,andmaintaincarpetsandhardsurfaceflooring
- Respondpromptlytospillsandothersafetyhazardstohelppreventaccidents
- Maintainentrances,hallways,common areas,andotherpublicspaces
- Movefurnitureandequipmentasneededforfloorcareandfacilityneeds
- Assistwithgeneralporterduties,includingtrashremovalandmaintainingtheexteriorgroundsasassigned
- Followallinfectioncontrolproceduresandsafetyguidelines
- Workaspartofasupportiveteamtomaintainacleanandsafeenvironment
- HighschooldiplomaorGEDpreferred
- Previousexperienceinfloorcare,environmental services,orcustodialworkispreferred
- Experienceoperatingfloormachines(buffers,burnishers,autoscrubbers,etc.)isaplus
- Mustbedependable,detail oriented,andabletoliftandmoveequipmentasneeded
