What You’ll Do

As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our community runs smoothly and looks its best:

  • Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance across grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment, and vehicles—efficiently and cost‑effectively
  • Perform routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans (weekly, quarterly, annually)
  • Maintain and service key systems and equipment, including:
  • Fire and sprinkler systems
  • Property generators
  • Landscaping and outdoor areas
  • Emergency pull cord systems
  • Support HVAC system operation and general facility functionality
  • Order maintenance supplies and collaborate with leadership on larger repair projects and budgeting
  • Respond to urgent maintenance needs, including after‑hours emergencies as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous property maintenance experience (required)
  • High School diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and adapt to interruptions
  • Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Willingness to be on call for emergencies
  • A compassionate, respectful approach to working with seniors
  • Professional, positive attitude with residents, visitors, and team members
