Responsibilities
  • Install, route, and secure structured cabling according to project specifications.
  • Assist with server rack deployments and related hardware setup.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Team Lead in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support quality assurance by adhering to installation standards.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors.
  • Follow precise instructions.
  • Perform material movement, shipping/receiving, and inventory management per standard process.
  • Pre‑cable data center hardware to industry standards.
  • Track and stage physical inventory.
  • Respond in a timely manner via MS Outlook, MS Teams, text, and/or phone.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of how to properly utilize power tools.
  • Ability to read and understand cabling maps.
  • Ability to work at different heights, in confined spaces, and on various surfaces.
  • Ability to use mobile application technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and workplace IT systems for reporting, timecards, expense entry, and project task execution (examples: Salesforce, ADP, Expensify).
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry heavy equipment up to 40 lbs.
  • Climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment.
  • Stand for long periods in various work environments.
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasks.
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly.
  • Move quickly and efficiently within various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors.
  • Clear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses.
  • Differentiate between color‑coded warning signs, labels, and cables.
  • Work in environments with a wide variety of temperatures inside a facility.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow.
  • Work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license for work‑related travel.
Travel Opportunities

This role offers travel within the United States to various data center locations. Travel requirements will vary depending on client needs and project demands. Work‑related travel expenses, including airfare, lodging, and per diem, will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The hourly rate for this role is $26.00 per hour. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, discounted group life & AD&D, discounted group short & long‑term disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave.

This posted hourly rate is the final rate of pay for the position, based on job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.
