* + Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

+ Friday: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

+ Guaranteed 32 hours/week, with up to 40 hours and occasional overtime during peak seasons

** Position Overview*
* We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities Technician to support the maintenance, upkeep, and general functionality of our facility. This role combines basic maintenance, emergency response, furniture handling, and seasonal outdoor duties, along with assisting housekeeping during slower periods.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** General Maintenance*
* + Perform basic facility repairs, including drywall patching and minor fixes

+ Respond to plumbing emergencies (e.g., shutting off water, initial containment)

+ Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs

+ Replace light bulbs, filters, and other basic components

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas

** Facilities Support*
* + Assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment

+ Move, rearrange, and reset furniture as needed

+ Assist with event setup and teardown when applicable

** Seasonal & Grounds Duties*
* + Snow removal (shoveling walkways, applying salt/ice melt)

+ Basic groundskeeping such as debris removal and light upkeep _(No major landscaping or lawn care required)_

** Housekeeping Support (as needed)*
* + Assist housekeeping staff during downtime or as business needs require

+ Wipe down machines and high-touch surfaces

+ Perform light cleaning duties such as sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep

** Safety & Emergency Response*
* + Respond to after-hours facility issues

+ Identify and address safety hazards promptly

+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures

** Qualifications*
* + Prior maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred

+ Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques

+ Ability to lift and move furniture/equipment

+ Comfortable working independently during evening/overnight hours

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to urgent needs

** Work Environment*
* + Evening and overnight shifts

+ Combination of indoor and outdoor work (including winter conditions)

+ Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and frequent movement

** Additional Details*
* + Guaranteed 32 hours weekly with opportunity for additional hours and overtime during peak seasons

+ Flexible role supporting both facilities and housekeeping functions

+ Ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and enjoy hands-on work

** Pay Details:**  $20.00 per hour
