As a Building and Grounds Custodian with the BCBSWY Building and Grounds Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the best-in-class appearance of our facilities to members, employees, and members of the general public. You will maintain and protect our facilities, cleaning and tidying premises to reflect the building’s reputation.

• Maintain and protect the appearance and cleanliness of both interior and exterior areas of the facility.
• Clean and tidy premises, including floors, windows, doors, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine inspections and oversee preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with occasional snow removal around doors and sidewalks.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Preference for candidates with 1–2 years of progressive work experience, typically in Building and Grounds or custodial services.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, good time management, strong work ethic, and adaptability.
