Perform routine repairs on doors, windows, flooring, drywall, locks, and fixtures; HVAC maintenance: replace filters, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with licensed technicians;
Plumbing work: address leaks, clogs, running toilets, minor pipe repairs;
Electrical tasks: replace outlets, switches, lighting, and troubleshoot minor electrical issues;
Preventive maintenance: conduct scheduled inspections of building systems and equipment;
