Full Time Cleaner

Great news! Elation Property Management is hiring for our two brand new West End Flats community in Cheyenne!

We are seeking a full-time cleaner to perform routine cleaning on its common areas, grounds, and vacated units (turnovers). The ideal candidate will be one who can work independently to meet set cleaning and building upkeep expectations. We’re looking for a cleaning and sanitation professional who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that our beloved community is always in good condition and maintained properly.

• Medical, Vision, Dental eligible after 30 days
• 401k with company match after 90 days
• PTO begins accruing from day 1 (retro to start date and 10 hrs per month thereafter)
• 16 Hours of Volunteering Time per year

• Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.
• Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
• Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.
• Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.

Full-Time set scheduled position. Unit turnovers may result in some overtime or additional hours as needed (demand will generally be near month end).

5 days per week expected. Monday through Friday set schedule to be set by the Property Manager.
