KO Storage is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Manager to support multiple KO Storage locations in the Cheyenne area, working with the District Manager to troubleshoot and maintain facilities.
Schedule:
20–25 hours per week, with some weekends or holidays possible.
You will conduct facility visits, perform inspections, address HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues, manage landscape and snow maintenance, maintain security systems, and document tenant interactions.
