• Supervise janitorial operations full-time (40+ hours a week).
• Ensure high cleanliness standards, with weekday and weekend availability.
• Address complaints promptly with meticulous attention to detail.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Effectively train and lead cleaning staff.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to diverse personalities.
• Manage job sites, crew schedules, and task assignments.
• Strong understanding of deep cleaning, disinfection protocols, and floor care.
• Trains others in proper techniques and equipment use.
• Tracks quality control and productivity metrics.
• Communicates with clients and management effectively.
• Identifies opportunities for upsells or time-saving strategies.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be approved to drive company vehicles.

• Clean felony record and drug-free status.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• 2-5 years of Janitorial experience.
• 2-4 years of management experience.
