- Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments and pricing negotiations
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new buyers and enhancing the LRN solution offerings
- Act as a strategic partner, building relationships with multiple contacts within key client organizations
- Proactively analyze client health metrics and recommend optimizations for product usage
- Conduct formal Program/Business Reviews with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing success
- Minimum of 5 years of client-facing relationship or account management experience
- Proven track record in retaining and expanding existing accounts
- Exceptional relationship development and management abilities
- Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
- Familiarity with and working knowledge of technology and system interfaces
- Experience in the ethics and compliance learning space or working with learning platforms
- Industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, or HR benefits platforms
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology
- A high degree of ethics and integrity in line with organizational values
