• Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments and pricing negotiations
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new buyers and enhancing the LRN solution offerings
• Act as a strategic partner, building relationships with multiple contacts within key client organizations
• Proactively analyze client health metrics and recommend optimizations for product usage
• Conduct formal Program/Business Reviews with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing success

• Minimum of 5 years of client-facing relationship or account management experience
• Proven track record in retaining and expanding existing accounts
• Exceptional relationship development and management abilities
• Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
• Familiarity with  and working knowledge of technology and system interfaces

• Experience in the ethics and compliance learning space or working with learning platforms
• Industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, or HR benefits platforms
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology
• A high degree of ethics and integrity in line with organizational values
