- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and influence skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Familiarity with payments, treasury services, or account/virtual account products
- Prior experience with product financials and executive presentations
