• Assist in the development and implementation of the School Improvement Plan for Advancing Academic Achievement (SIPAAA)
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the local school budget
• Provide individual and group guidance to students on personal and educational issues
• Supervise students during assemblies, social events, and athletic activities
• Observe and provide feedback on teacher performance and assist in hiring processes

• Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Type 75 Educational Administrative Certificate issued by the Illinois State Board of Education
• Thorough knowledge of elementary and secondary education principles and regulations
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with students, parents, and staff
  
  Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• Experience in developing and implementing educational programs or initiatives
• Background in budget management and financial planning within an educational context
• Familiarity with regulations of the Chicago Public Schools
• Skills in leading professional development or in-service training for educators
