  • Serve as the primary interface with utility providers, major contractors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and risk management processes for utility work streams.
  • Lead planning and execution of major power infrastructure for a multi‑phase data center development.
  • Guide coordination on diversified power feeds, high‑volume utility capacity, UPS redundancy strategies, and backup generation systems.
  • Provide oversight for works related to fuel storage, emergency continuity measures, and resilience planning.
  • Manage delivery challenges, technical interfaces, and regulatory considerations associated with high‑demand power systems.
  • Support procurement and commercial strategies related to long‑lead electrical equipment, utility packages, and mission‑critical MEP systems.
  • Oversee financial performance, cost forecasting, and contract administration for utility‑related scopes.
  • Evaluate changes, commercial risk, and value opportunities across the infrastructure program.
  • Engage at senior levels with project sponsors, utility companies, design partners, and delivery teams.
  • Present program updates, risk assessments, and utility‑specific reporting to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and client governance procedures.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications

  • Strong technical understanding of high‑capacity power distribution, redundancy planning, and large‑scale backup generation systems.

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field required. Additional training or certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) preferred.
