Atlantic Group is seeking a Financial Controller for a growing construction company in Chicago Heights, IL. This role is critical in strengthening financial operations and improving processes within a dynamic setting. The successful candidate will manage payroll compliance, lead month-end closes, and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
A CPA credential and 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry, are essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Quick Books or ERP systems are highly valued. This position requires onsite attendance five days a week.
