Financial Analyst

Salary Range: $78,555.51 - $95,000.00. Bonus and/or commission eligible.

• Partner with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly forecast.
• Provide information and journal entries to support the monthly close cycle.
• Perform variance analysis of monthly results versus prior year, budget, and forecast, including month‑over‑month trend analysis.
• Develop efficient and effective operating reports focused on key business and performance drivers.
• Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to inform decisions and actions.
• Build financial models and enhance existing models, incorporating new technology where applicable.
• Partner with Cloud operations teams to align financial assumptions around IT allocations.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.

• B.S. in Business (Finance, Accounting) or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Understanding of accounting and financial theory.
• Experience with ad hoc analysis, journal entries, monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Experience with financial modelling, both payroll and non‑payroll.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, with ability to explain variances in terms of business drivers.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive and/or Hyperion highly desired.
• Experience working with full P&L a plus.
