• Gather requirements by collaborating with clients and business SMEs to analyze Medicare and Medicaid processes, with a focus on claims management
• Evaluate and recommend AI, analytics, and software use cases to address client challenges
• Provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with Medicare and Medicaid complexities during solution development
• Assess project deliverables and design documents to ensure adherence to industry best practices
• Educate project teams on Medicare/Medicaid concepts and support the development of capability assets

• 10-12 years of deep domain consulting experience in the healthcare industry
• Extensive understanding of US healthcare claims, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations
• Experience with chatbot/GenAI solution implementation for claims configuration
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking skills, and stakeholder management experience

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred
• Healthcare certifications are preferred
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
