- Experience with mathematical programming solvers such as Gurobi, Xpress MP, CPLEX, or Google OR Tools
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, and SQL
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, optimization techniques, and predictive modeling concepts
- Ability to apply various analytical models to real-world business use cases
