HALO is looking for a Net Suite Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, maintainable Net Suite customizations and integrations that support ongoing business operations and growth. As part of HALO’s internal Net Suite team, this role will help shape development standards, environment management practices, and documentation processes to ensure a sustainable and efficient Net Suite ecosystem.

• Design, build, test, and deploy Suite Script 2.x solutions following structured Dev/Test/Prod environment practices
• Lead the development and maintenance of Net Suite customizations, including scripts, records, fields, workflows, and integrations, with a focus on scalability and best practices
• Contribute to the expansion and optimization of HALO’s Net Suite instance by supporting subsidiary onboarding and continuous system improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to turn business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a CI/CD process for Net Suite development
• Ensure strong documentation practices for all customizations, integrations, and processes
• Participate in regular code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards
• Develop and enforce coding standards for Net Suite development to promote maintainability, scalability, and long-term system health
• Stay current with Net Suite updates and best practices, and share relevant insights or recommendations to support continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing within the Net Suite platform
• Strong proficiency with the Net Suite customization platform, including Suite Script 2.x, Suite Flow, Suite Analytics, and related configuration tools
• Proven experience managing solution deployments across Net Suite environments with attention to lifecycle integrity and change control
• Solid understanding of Net Suite governance limits and script performance best practices
• Experience with source control tools and associated best practices
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Net Suite issues and deliver effective, scalable solutions
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Skilled in writing documentation that supports knowledge transfer, team collaboration, and long‑term system maintainability

• Experience working in a Net Suite One World environment
• Experience using Suite Cloud Development Framework (SDF)
• Experience driving best practices around Dev Ops (CI/CD), testing, and change management
• Net Suite certifications such as Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, or Suite Cloud Developer are a plus
• Experience supporting ERP systems in rapidly growing or scaling organizations

The estimated base salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
