Overview

ROLE CAN BE BASED OUT OF ANY HUB LOCATION (Preference is Purchase, Plano or Chicago)

The Senior Manager, Learning Strategy & Experience is a key role within Pepsi Co’s Global Learning & Development Center of Excellence. This role is responsible for activating the global learning strategy, cultivating innovation and for the advancement in learning experiences. This role will collaborate across the broader COE, People function, business units, and functional capability teams. This role continuously evolves and creates frameworks, explores emerging trends, harnesses technology (existing and emerging), and drives continuous innovation to keep the learning ecosystem future-ready.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring consistency, scalability, alignment, and integration of learning into the flow of work, supporting a culture of continuous learning, and aligning external trends and future‑focused needs. The role plays a critical part in evolving Pepsi Co’s approach to learning and enabling transformation in this space through unifying our efforts, amplifying our impact, evolving and modernizing our operating principles and inspiring others to reimagine how learning comes to life for our associates every day.

Responsibilities
  • Learning Strategy:
    Enable teams to activate Pepsi Co’s global learning strategy in support of the talent and business priorities by refining and providing guidance and tools that enable the scalable application of the strategy across the enterprise.
  • Learning Architecture:
    Sustain a world‑class learning brand known for delivering impact and results while also creating efficiency; drive integration across global, regional, and functional learning solutions to ensure seamless, connected experiences aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Learning Experience Design:
    Champion innovative, learner‑centric approaches including digital learning, experiential learning, and social learning and remove points of friction and inefficiency where possible.
  • Skills‑based Approach:
    Shape and advance a skills‑based development framework that connects workforce capabilities to evolving business priorities.
  • Learning Technology & Analytics:
    Guide the learning technology roadmap and advise on using data and analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Learning Culture:
    Enable people to learn in ways that drive consistent high performance for individuals and the organization, creating conditions that amplify the impact of learning at all phases of their career.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Serve as a strategic advisor to the TM/People team, functional capability leads, and program owners to ensure learning solutions are aligned, relevant, and impactful.
  • Governance:
    Understand governance to support consistency and alignment across the learning ecosystem.
  • Learning Measurement & Analytics:
    Guide teams on applying measurement practices to optimize ROI and capture actionable insights.
  • Cultivate Innovation:
    Inspire possibility by acting as a leader with vision on ground‑breaking, emerging and relevant trends centered on learning impact and business relevancy.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
  • Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
