• Partner with business leaders to extract core needs and translate them into business and technical requirements for AI and IT execution teams
• Act as the primary interface between AI, IT, and Business units, ensuring business needs and expectations are managed through clear communication
• Dive into complex datasets to validate feasibility, perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), and identify data quality issues
• Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from performing cost-benefit analysis to execution, ensuring programs stay on track and deliver measurable ROI
• Perform hands‑on data discovery needed to fuel AI models

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a focus on AI and data science
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements
• Experience in stakeholder alignment and managing cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in data discovery and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Familiarity with managing the AI lifecycle and delivering measurable ROI

• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies
• Previous involvement in a hybrid workplace setting
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and technologies
• Strong communication skills and experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Background in machine learning or data science
