What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a technical consultant and domain expert for the sales team, supporting product sales
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align solutions with their needs
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers and partners
  • Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements and customer needs
  • Participate in marketing events, including conferences and trade shows to promote solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the Service Now platform or experience with cloud software solutions
  • Background in Higher Education Solution Software sales
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside product management and marketing
  • Proven territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence

  • Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops effectively
