Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the chemical and agricultural industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the packaging and distribution of high-quality finished goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range: $17.25/hour*
* ** Shift: 1st shift (must be available to work between 6am-6pm)*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Follow policies and procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes.

+ Start machines, perform daily checks, and troubleshoot malfunctions to maintain production flow.

+ Package products by filling, labeling, banding, and sealing containers according to customer specifications.

+ Inspect filled containers for quality assurance and ensure proper labeling for lot control.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, supporting housekeeping and 5S initiatives.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ Ability to perform equipment adjustments and troubleshoot machinery issues.

+ Clear, legible writing and effective communication skills.

+ Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with good judgment.
