SF Job Req  Machine Operators Level I & II (1st Shift)

Shift Schedules:
1st

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

Pay Range: $23.89-$27.51 per hour plus $1.35/hr shift differential for 2nd shift, and $1500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days

The CNC Machine Operator is an experienced operator disciplined, creative, excellent problem solver, thriving in a lean manufacturing environment. Reliable individual able to read blueprints, hold tight tolerances with strong mechanical aptitude.

• Follow Standard Work for machine set up, running parts, and preventative maintenance (PM).
• Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including the selection and presetting of tools required for the next scheduled job.
• Update and maintain all visual controls, create and/or support countermeasures, and operate in and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and '5 Whys' problem‑solving exercises.
• Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities.
• Follow company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual and collective safety, avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co‑workers, contractors, customers, and property. Be a stand for safety, having the courage to call forth and report unsafe practices.

• At least 3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.
