Are you looking for stable, full-time work in food manufacturing? Join our team as a Production Laborer in Chicago Heights! This is a physically demanding role with consistent hours and the opportunity to become a permanent employee.

* Schedule:

* + Monday-Friday, 12-hour shifts

+ Mandatory overtime on Saturdays when needed

+  
** Day

Shift:
** 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ($15/hr)

+  
** Night

Shift:
** 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM ($16/hr)

** Work Environment:*
* + Temperature-controlled facility (50-60°F)

+ Fast-paced, food production and assembly

** Physical Demands:*
* + Continuous, repetitive heavy lifting-up to 100 lbs (4-6 times per hour)

+ Stand for entire 12-hour shift

+ Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching

+ Applicants must be comfortable with very active, physically demanding work!

* + Assemble and package food products

+ Follow strict food safety and cleanliness standards

+ Rotate between positions on the production line

+ Meet daily production goals

+ Consistently lift and move heavy products

* Qualifications:

* + High School Diploma or GED required

+ At least 6 months of food production or manufacturing experience preferred

+ Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift

+ Strong attention to safety and detail

+ Able to work 12-hour shifts and mandatory overtime

+ Steel-toe boots required
