REAL ALLOY in Chicago Heights, IL is hiring a Maintenance Laborer for an industrial manufacturing setting. You will follow safety procedures, assist in processing and melting aluminum scrap, and transfer molten aluminum into molds. Starting pay is $27.00/hr for a day shift, with scheduled increases and comprehensive benefits.
We offer a non-union environment, monthly incentive bonuses up to $500, and a pathway for skills training and advancement. Shift schedule is 6:00 a.m.
