Healthcare Nursing, RN Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable nurse to work within the plant setting to provide high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities include assisting physicians in administering treatments, conducting physical examinations, performing diagnostic tests, and delivering basic medical care with diligence, accuracy, and compliance with all applicable regulations. The role also supports the administration of company policies related to medical record‑keeping, employee health records, and medical leave of absence.
Overtime may be required during the workweek and on weekends, scheduled and paid in compliance with contractual and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requirements.
The position involves occasional lifting of 10 to 25 pounds, frequent walking and standing, sedentary work, and occasional work in areas with moderate noise levels and exposure to varying temperatures.
What You’ll Do- Provide health services and administer surveillance evaluations to company employees, recording observations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with company policy.
- Perform routine nursing tasks associated with medical screenings, tests, and clinical procedures; collect appropriate samples and specimens from patients, and conduct hearing and vision screening following clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and behaviors; assist in medical emergencies that may occur on company premises such as accidents, injuries, or sudden illnesses, and communicate identified roadblocks to the medical team.
- Provide patient‑centered care with empathy, kindness, and professionalism, including communicating health screening results and information about rehabilitation programs, and assisting with medication administration while managing medication protocols.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with regulatory developments and infection‑control protocols.
- Support emergency procedure preparation and adherence to infection‑control practices.
- Maintain an understanding of all relevant regulatory developments defining patient privacy and medical record confidentiality, infection‑control protocols, and accreditation standards.
- Work all required shifts, including weekends, as needed.
- Shift schedules may vary: e.g., 4:00 pm – 2:30 am, Tuesday‑Friday.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical occupational health nursing, urgent care, or the emergency room.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Unrestricted state licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse.

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $63,480 – $106,680.
