• Current LPN/LVN license in Illinois
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, supporting a single high school student
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families

• Deliver one-on-one care and medication administration as prescribed by the students care plan
• Monitor health status and respond promptly to medical concerns during school hours
• Document nursing observations, interventions, and updates clearly and accurately
• Communicate with school staff and guardians to coordinate ongoing care
• Assist with mobility, daily living activities, or medical procedures as needed
