Position:
Permanent Quality Technician

Job Details
  • Shift: 1st and 2nd shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
  • Full‑time, permanent position
  • Salary: $50,000 per year
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all products meet the set quality standards.
  • Utilize a variety of inspection techniques to test and measure products for consistency and reliability.
  • Monitor and evaluate internal production processes, identify deviations, and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all inspection results and prepare detailed reports on quality control activities.
  • Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions in case of non‑conformity.
  • Train and guide staff on quality control measures and new quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality control and inspection techniques.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all procedures and processes meet compliance requirements.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Quality Control role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in various inspection techniques and quality control methods.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry‑specific quality standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high‑quality results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
  • Relevant certification in Quality Control or a related field is an added advantage.
