Position:
Permanent Quality Technician

Job Details

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Full‑time, permanent position
Salary: $50,000 per year

Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all products meet the set quality standards.

Utilize a variety of inspection techniques to test and measure products for consistency and reliability.

Monitor and evaluate internal production processes, identify deviations, and recommend necessary adjustments.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.

Maintain accurate documentation of all inspection results and prepare detailed reports on quality control activities.

Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions in case of non‑conformity.

Train and guide staff on quality control measures and new quality standards.

Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality control and inspection techniques.

Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all procedures and processes meet compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Quality Control role within the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.

Proficiency in various inspection techniques and quality control methods.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry‑specific quality standards.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high‑quality results.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.

Relevant certification in Quality Control or a related field is an added advantage.
