- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer support
- Experience with consultative phone sales, presenting product information, and cold calling preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of commonly used terms in the supplement industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast and changing environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and actively participate in professional development
- Results-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
