What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales goals by building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners through phone, email, and virtual outreach
  • Engage customers daily with proactive calls and emails, providing product support and ensuring an excellent service experience
  • Promote education and growth by driving attendance at seminars, events, and training opportunities
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer support
  • Experience with consultative phone sales, presenting product information, and cold calling preferred

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
