School Social Worker

Anthro Med Education is seeking a School Social Worker to support students in a K-12th grade school for the remainder of the  school year. This position involves working with students who have IEPs in a supportive and collaborative school environment alongside another School Social Worker.

  : K-12th grade students with emotional and behavioral disabilities

• Team Support
  :
  Collaborate with another School Social Worker in the building

• Provide social-emotional and behavioral support to students with IEPs.
• Develop and implement individualized goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team to meet students’ needs.
• Maintain documentation and reports in compliance with IEP requirements.
• Act as a resource for staff and families, supporting the social and emotional growth of students.

• Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
