Job Overview

Avantara Chicago Ridge is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Chicago Ridge, Illinois.

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing schedules and support daily operations.

• Ensure adequate staff are scheduled to meet guest needs and regulatory requirements.
• Complete monthly and daily staffing records on time.
• Secure coverage for vacancy shifts, open positions, vacations, and staff call-offs.
• Maintain master schedule and log of all clinical staff hours.
• Assist the payroll coordinator with accuracy and verification of hours worked.
• Record employee attendance and communicate issues with DON and ADON.
• Assist the Administrator and department heads with daily operations of the facility.
• May be assigned temporary or long-term assignments in various departments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Two years of related experience (preferred).
