Pay is $17.50-$18.50 an hour
High School Degree or GED Equivalent Required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is desirable.
- Bilingual candidate in Arabic, Spanish, or Polish is desirable
- Familiarity with Multilingual Programming is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment (e.g.,Google platform , Excel, copiers, printers).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity and supporting the needs of Multilingual students.
- This is a part-time position, with approximately 20 hours per week. The specific schedule will be determined in consultation with the department supervisor. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
