Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
Bilingual Education Teacher endorsement (Spanish)
Endorsement in English as a Second Language (ESL) or English as a New Language (ENL)
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English or coursework in the field of bilingual education must be in progress
