We are seeking a Restorative Nurse Director to lead our restorative nursing department, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care as they work toward full mobility.
ResponsibilitiesYour work will encompass overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, assisting residents to reach and maintain their full mobility potential, evaluating resident restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans, and completing applicable portions of MDS documentation.
QualificationsApplicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license and CPR certification. One year of RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferable.
