We are seeking a qualified Restorative Nurse Director to lead our restorative nursing department. The Director will oversee all aspects of restorative nursing care, assist residents in reaching and maintaining mobility goals, evaluate and implement restorative nursing programs, perform resident assessments, participate in admission and discharge planning, contribute to care plans, and complete applicable portions of MDS documentation.

As the backbone of the Clinical Department, you will ensure that residents receive high‑standard care by supervising nursing staff, directing restorative nursing services, and maintaining compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred).
